- RIP Rush Limbaugh: An American legend who shaped a generation – Created media empire – A prominent climate skeptic
Marc Morano comment: I extend my prayers for Rush and his family and the EIB network. Rush was an American legend and our national treasure. RIP Rush! You will be missed for generations.
Marc Morano & Rush Limbaugh in 1992
Rush was my media and political mentor. Working for Rush Limbaugh's TV show, I learned a lifetime of knowledge about Washington politics and the media in those four years back in the 1990s. Working, watching and listening to Rush for decades led me to earn my degree from Limbaugh's institute of advanced conservative studies. RIP Rush.

Rush Limbaugh: "Marc Morano, you know who he is? Does the name ring a bell? 'Our man in Washington.' When we had our TV show, Marc Morano was “Our man in Washington.” He was always down there with his camera, infiltrating liberal havens."
Rush Limbaugh praised Climate Depot’s Marc Morano: “Morano’s probably single-handedly, in a civilian sense, the guy (other than me, of course) doing a better job of ringing the bells alarming people of what’s going on here.” – November 20, 2009

So first up is a story here from our buddy Marc Morano, our old “man in Washington” of the TV show. He now runs a website called Climate Depot, and he publishes the result of the new study that says, “STUDY: Concern Over Climate Change Linked to Depression, Anxiety — ‘Restless nights, feelings of loneliness and lethargy.‘ … Those hit hardest are women and people with low incomes who worry about the planet’s long-term health, said the study published this week in the journal Global Environmental Change.

Despite reports of its demise, The Great Barrier Reef Is Doing Great – Sees ‘Record High Coral Cover’
Since 1986, the Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS) surveys roughly 100 of the 3000 coral reefs of the Great Barrier Reef (GBR). Ridd used this data to construct the coral cover since 1986 (Figure 1) which shows that the GBR has record high coral cover.

Debunked: Kentucky’s Floods Were NOT Caused By ‘Climate Change’ – Media/Biden ‘Claims are rubbish & fraudulent’
Paul Homewood: As ever, the claims are rubbish and fraudulent. The record 24-hour rainfall in Kentucky stands at more than 10 inches, and was set in 1997.
Trends in extreme rainfall are not on the rise in Kentucky. ... As is usually the case, the media interviews the locals, who understandably say “this is the worst we have ever seen”. Of course it is, because these are small-scale, localised events, and people’s experience only dates back a couple of decades or so. The harsh reality, however, is that floods like these happen, and have always happened, somewhere or other every year. They have nothing to do with climate change. We’re Saved! Professor from University of Maine finds ‘the root causes of climate change are capitalism, white supremacy, & colonialism’
Dr. Jacquelyn Gill: "The root causes of climate change are capitalism, white supremacy, and colonialism, all of which put profits over people and treat people and the environment as disposable commodities. Blaming folks like service workers, retail workers, and others is not a good look."Jacquelyn Gill is an Associate Professor of Paleoecology & Plant Ecology, School of Biology and Ecology and Climate Change Institute at the University of Maine.#
