While undermining the U.S.’s energy independence, the Biden administration waived sanctions on the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline, intended to deliver Russian gas to Germany. Russia is already the largest supplier of natural gas to Europe. Then, reversing another Trump era policy, Biden withdrew support from the EastMed pipeline, which would have supplied Europe natural gas from Israel, further cementing Russia’s gas hegemony over Europe.
Energy prices for Europe have likewise skyrocketed in recent years as their governments pursued similar anti-fossil fuel policies.
Morano: "John Kerry will tell you with a straight face that climate change is the greatest national security threat we face," Morano noted. "John Kerry has it ass-backwards," he said before pointing out that "the greatest national security threat we may face is their climate and energy policies, not climate change." ...
Thanks to Europe's embrace of Green New Deal policies and the Biden administration policies gutting American energy production, "we've enriched Vladimir Putin," Morano told Townhall. Because the United States and Europe have created oil and gas scarcity while countries like Russia haven't played by the same "green" rules, our foes like "Russia, OPEC, China, Iran, Venezuela, all these hostile regimes" have more power and wealth than the free world. "So that's how we're funding Putin," Morano explained. "His economy's growing, he has the power to put Europe into a deep recession by withholding energy."
Kerry: A Russian invasion of Ukraine will have a "monumental impact on the ability and willingness of people to do what’s necessary" to curb emissions, and it will be "very tough for the climate agenda, there’s no question about it."
Bloomberg News: Kerry, who helped broker the landmark 2015 Paris agreement and a follow-on pact at last year’s United Nations climate summit in Glasgow, linked the climate and coronavirus crises, saying in both cases the consequences of inaction are clear and costly.
“When 99% of the people dying are unvaccinated, and 97% of the people going to the hospital are unvaccinated, you get a message from that,” Kerry said. “It’s about the same thing here. We’re spending hundreds of billions of dollars cleaning up the mess after a storm that we might have been better off preventing in the first place.”
Kerry told the U.S. Chamber of Commerce he "is for gas" but only if it includes carbon capture technology. "If it's abated - terrific. If you can capture 100% (of the carbon and methane emissions} and it makes it affordable - that's wonderful. But we're not doing that," Kerry said.
Climate Depot Response: "Who cares if Kerry will or will not support gas?! He is a bureaucratic elite hack who is seeking to crush American's domestic energy based on the farce of an alleged climate emergency. Why is the U.S. Chamber even entertaining this nonsense?"

The real significance of the Pandemic Treaty is that its passage is a ratification and approval of everything the world has experienced over the past two years during COVID-19. ... Terrified by this surge of deaths and the psychological terror campaigns deployed by governments on their own people, populations across the western world proceeded to impose an ever-darker swathe of illiberal mandates including forced masking and digital vaccine passes for everyday activities. Young children, who were at virtually no risk from the virus, lost years of primary education, and many were forced to wear masks for hours each day.
By signing onto the Pandemic Treaty, our leaders are signaling their approval for all this—and more—to be done again.
Throughout this “pandemic” we have been fed an unending series of lies, distortions and disinformation by the media, the public health officials, medical bureaucracies (CDC, FDA and WHO) and medical associations.
