Al Gore has always been the headmaster of the climate change craziness, and it has not changed in the last three decades or so. Gore came to prominence with his climate change agenda in the 90s and early 2000s, culminating in an unsuccessful run for President in 2000. Since then, former vice president Gore has remained at the forefront of the crazy, demanding there be no plane travel and a whole host of other entirely insane ideas.
Once again, Gore is in the news, as he complains over President Trump’s revival of American energy. In a recent interview with Axios, Gore Trump is more “loaded for bear this time around” and then accused Trump of launching a “Jihad against the sustainability transition.” None of that is surprising to hear from Gore, who has been known to sensationalize and dramatize.
Marc Morano of the Climate Depot says Trump is doing two key things that have Gore in a tizzy. One is reversing the determination of carbon dioxide as a pollutant, and the other is taking the U.S. out of multiple climate conferences.
“Those two alone would make it unbelievably difficult for a future president to get the United States back into the climate agenda that Gore holds so dear,” he says.
It has been Gore’s life mission to preach sustainability and the impending doom we are all facing. None of which has played out at all. Because the globe cycles through global warming and cooling and has for thousands of years.
All of it is part of a bigger agenda to gain more control over the public. They want people to rely on mass transportation and smaller housing. It is about control, not climate saving.
The biggest difference in President Trump’s second term has been a sheer indifference to public feeling. They are doing what they think is right, and what will ultimately benefit the public most. Which is how it should be.
“Trump first term, most of his officials thought climate change was real, it is a problem…his second term, his people are saying it is a scam and a hoax…they have completely undone the entire Biden administration in shocking and phenomenal ways,” says Morano.
One of the biggest promises from Trump’s campaign was to unleash American energy, and his plan has been working. U.S. oil production hit all-time highs this summer, and the future remains bright. Especially as more of these red tape, over bloated programs begin hitting the wayside.
Gore though will continue his pomp and circumstance, and claim that this more by Trump will kill America. He has said the same thing for 40 years now and not much has changed. Expect more of the same this time.
