EVs are easily the biggest failure of centrally planned industrial policy in US history:
1. Despite massive subsidies, Ford lost $30,000 per EV sold in 2022. Losses in 2023 will be even greater.
2. GM has abandoned it's target of selling 400,000 EVs next year.
