Jul 24, 2022 The media in Britain has been desperate to portray the heatwave over there this week as the end of the world, Sky News contributor Caleb Bond says.
“Over on Good Morning Britain they were trying to tell people there would be thousands of deaths caused by the hot weather,” Mr Bond said.
“The same line was being peddled on GB News by meteorologist John Hammond – 40 degrees is frightening, he says.
“Uncomfortable, sure – but we have 40-degree heat in Australia all the time and we don’t run around worrying about deaths by the bucket load.
“Every time we see these lies we have to call them out. Again and again, people are being scared and our lives are being upended on the basis of blatant untruths.”Jul 24, 2022 The media in Britain has been desperate to portray the heatwave over there this week as the end of the world, Sky News contributor Caleb Bond says.

Sky News contributor Caleb Bond:
Excerpts: “The powers that be have decided that human progress has gone too far and we should instead start going backwards. It was reported in the Australian during the week that short flights around Europe could be coming to an end with the french banning 12 of their flight routes because they’re too short and thus they create too many emissions.
The government wants to make it harder for people to travel around their own country. Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, they’re all also implementing rules to restrict short flights.
The German foreign minister said last year that she wanted to get rid of all short-haul flights in Germany slash jet fuel subsidies and bring in what she called quote climate-friendly taxation of flights. Though surprise, surprise, none of this applies if you’re chartering a private plane. It’s perfectly okay to spew emissions into the atmosphere at your leisure as long as you have money.
It’s only the people who have to watch their pennies who have to pay. Doing something about climate change is always about how it can be done without hurting the people who want to do something about it.
It’s not about carbon emissions, it’s about keeping you under the thumb so they can keep driving their agenda.
These climate nutters are now driving an agenda of turning back the clock against the tide of innovation and human potential.”
A blatant example of how the elite will be exempted from the low-energy reduced quality of life they intend to inflict upon the rest of us. Short-hop air travel is becoming an elite privilege in Europe. https://t.co/LpxC5fU1te
