The Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office will announce legal action related to climate change on Monday.
The office is categorizing this legal action as a “landmark” step to address the damage caused in the state and what they perceive will continue to.
It will be announced in front of the Narragansett Sea Wall at Narragansett Town Beach.
The Attorney General is expected to be flanked by Governor Gina Raimondo, U. S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse and U.S. Congressman James Langevin, along with numerous scientists and conservationists and environmental groups.
