Rubios 3 Key Science Points: 1)'How much is [the climate] changing, and how much of it is directly attributable to human carbon emissions? There’s no consensus on that.'

2) 'Despite 17 years of dramatic increases in carbon production by humans, surface temperatures on the Earth have stabilized.'

3) 'None of these proposals that liberals want us to impose on ourselves would do anything about the problem.'

Rubio: 'For people to go out and say: 'If you pas this bill that I am proposing, this will will somehow lead us to have less tornadoes and hurricanes.' That is just not an accurate statement. And that is what I take issue with.'

Flashback: Dem Sen. Boxer blames tornadoes on global warming — Plugs her carbon tax bill to fix bad weather: ‘This is climate change. We were warned about extreme weather…We need to protect our people’ – ‘Carbon could cost us the planet’
