WMO: February 16, 2024: The climate crisis is far from “gender neutral”. Women and men are affected differently by weather and climate, and therefore need gender-sensitive information and services, WMO Secretary-General Celeste Saulo said in a keynote address. There is huge untapped potential to harness the role of women as climate leaders and advocates for climate resilience and sustainable development, she told the launch of the International Gender Champions Climate Impact Group.

“Women are very effective at mobilizing communities in the event of disasters. They are at the frontline in moving forward with recovery. Women further hold key knowledge in natural resources management, and are key actors in climate adaptation and mitigation,” she said. … “Women and girls are disproportionately affected by climate change and weather-related disasters. In addition, we know that they have less access to climate information, early warnings, agricultural advisory services, mobile phone technology and financial credit,” she told the International Gender Champions event, hosted by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

They came up with a report for ‘consumption interventions’ to limit everyone to three new items of clothing per person per year by 2030 to save the planet from global warming.

When I interviewed — in Dubai at the UN climate Summit– I interviewed the fashion sustainability speaker, they actually had a Runway show of ‘sustainable fashion’ and they said good news we may not have to limit yourself to three new items of clothing per person per year, it depends on what you buy. So if you’re buying human hair dresses and skirts and shirts, then you could probably buy more than three new items of clothing per year. So we’re saved in that regard. Human hair is saving the planet and saving us from all these limits being put on us by our betters.”

Hannity: Marc, I’m not even sure where this came from?

Marc Morano: It is a long line of climate bans and climate wackiness. You have them talking about the carbon footprint of house plants, of backyard barbecues, of human breath. There was a study in December of 2023 that human breath contributes to global warming. Women contribute more with their breath to global warming than men do. They’ve dissected this down to make our lives miserable.

So now Elon Musk wants a carbon tax, Sean. Well, we don’t need a carbon tax, all you have to do is send school kids after school in a climate project to sweep up the floor at the local barber shops and that can be the equivalent of our carbon tax, according to the Washington Post. We can save the planet by having kids sweep up the salon floor — that’s how nuts the climate debate has evolved into.

Sean Hannity: Will the liberals give up their cars and their private jets?

Marc Morano: They will never will. They want to ban plastic bags, ban the plastic pods, and make your life miserable. These are hair shirts, they want you to suffer like a religion for your climate sins.

Morano: And not only that, the UK Telegraph had a study showing that home gardens have five times the climate impact of farming. If you grow carrots in your backyard, you have five times the carbon footprint of buying them at the grocery store. Morano: This is the insanity upon which we are dealing with. There’s a study in December showing human breath was a warming agent, and they even injected identity politics into it. Africans have more warming agents in their breath than Asians. Women have more warming agents than men. So women have more hot air than men apparently.
