Dem States’ Carbon-Free Energy Plans Will Barely Make A Dent In China’s Projected Emissions, Report Finds
The John Locke Foundation report assessed the costs of “decarbonizing” electricity production across every state, standardizing each state’s maximum possible reduction in carbon dioxide emissions relative to 2005 levels in terms of how many daily minutes of new Chinese emissions those reductions would offset. The report found that states with carbon-free electricity goals, including California, New York and Minnesota, would not make much impact relative to newly-generated Chinese carbon dioxide emissions.
While California, New York, and Minnesota have committed to reaching 100% carbon-free energy production between 2040 and 2045, China permitted two coal plants on average in 2022, according to a report by the Center for Research on Energy and Clean Air. China’s de facto dictator, Xi Jinping, insinuated in July that the country would not be bound by external factors and agreements, such as the United Nations’ Paris Accords, when it comes to charting its energy future, according to the Heritage Foundation.

Vanessa Kerry, the World Health Organization’s special envoy for climate change, spoke on a World Economic Forum panel to discuss how to successfully prey on the public’s fear and emotions following the pandemic to push the “climate crisis” narrative.
World Economic Forum ‘agenda contributor’ Jemilah Mahmood: “The pandemic was an opportunity, I think all over the world, people realize how important health was…..how now do we take that emotion…of the health factors so critical but guess what guys, the climate crisis is creating more health issues than you can ever imagine, but no one has been able to make that link in the past.” …
Vanessa Kerry: “Covid taught us all these lessons learned, and we should be incorporating that….and the climate crisis is going to be so much worse.”
Jemilah Mahmood: “We were just talking about it earlier: ‘have people forgotten about Covid?’ So, I think it’s about the storytelling element. I think that a lot of the things we see on health are very doom and gloom very, very much, even on the climate issue, right, the extent that people feel ‘I can’t deal with this anymore …I can’t do this.’ But telling, you know, really inspiring stories about what is possible if we work together.”

Morano: ‘Climate Crisis’ Is a Psyop Designed To Take Away Rights, End Democracy
Climate expert Marc Morano says that man-made climate change is being used as a pretext for pushing society in an authoritarian, dictatorial direction.
“The COVID psyop is ending, and the climate psyop is now in full swing,” Morano says – meaning that both are artificial constructs used to manipulate and oppress the population: psychological operations.
The rulers’ goal, Morano argues, is to end personal freedoms and liberties and usher in a new dictatorial system of government. Like the so-called pandemic, climate change is a weapon in their arsenal to achieve this:
“We already see how they are merging climate change with public health. There are calls for Biden to declare a climate emergency. Just like with 9/11 and COVID, an emergency declaration will grant the president new powers to place restrictions on everything from household appliances, gas-powered cars, travel and freedom of movement – you name it,” Morano says.
“It’s complete balderdash,” says Greenpeace co-founder Dr. Patrick Moore. “We’re stuck in this situation where all this negative information and scare stories are being fed to the politicians so they can use them to control the public.”

China Abandons Paris Agreement, Making U.S. Efforts Even More Painful & Pointless
President Xi Jinping reiterated that his country would set its own path on the issue and not be influenced by outside factors, according to the¬†Washington Post and Bloomberg. This contradicts Xi’s 2015 Paris Agreement pledges to reduce its carbon emissions at the latest after 2030. Xi’s remarks came while climate envoy and former secretary of state John Kerry was visiting Beijing to reopen a dialogue. This was shortly after Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived, and just before former secretary of state Henry Kissinger, the architect of opening China to the West 50 years ago, came for a visit.
The clear signals from China are a deliberate slap in the face to America and provide a rationale for a bill sponsored by Representative Chip Roy (R., Texas) to defund Kerry’s climate-change office at the State Department. The bill is cosponsored by over two dozen other House Republicans.
