If energy companies can be sued for allegedly damaging the climate based on climate models, can politicians who don’t ban gas-powered cars or ban the sale of homes that use fossil-fuel furnaces also be sued?
Can American citizens be sued for damaging the climate if they use and benefit from plastics, gas stoves, or fly in a plane?!
Is anyone who drives a car or eats meat now fodder for climate activist lawsuits?!
