China Observer: On July 13, after Typhoon Bavi passed through, many photovoltaic facilities along the coast of Zhejiang suffered damage, including flipped solar panels and damaged support structures. Among them, a major offshore solar power project in Wenzhou, with a total investment of about 11 billion yuan, suffered widespread damage. Videos from the site showed the area left in complete disarray.
