I’ve received some clarification on the remittitur issue.
Apparently, the Final Judgment Order does not give Mann the choice of a new trial on damages.

I’ve also learned that CEI has submitted a motion for costs under SLAPP similar to National Review. If cases are treated similarly, CEI would be entitled to as much as or more than National Review.
