Morano Talking Points:
President Biden will be set to hammer America first at the UN summit.
China will be smiling as the Biden Admin. continues to shut down American energy while making us more dependent on China.
Russian oil imports are at an 11 year high. The Biden administration is begging OPEC to increase oil production.
And John Kerry has the nerve to say Climate is a national security threat. It’s Biden’s climate policy that is the greatest national security threat.
How many times do we have to save the Earth?
The United Nations admitted that the much-hailed 2015 “historic” UN Paris climate pact did not “save” the planet and is instead “not enough” to prevent a climate change catastrophe! This, despite being praised by former Vice President Al Gore, former Sec. of State John Kerry and many others.
A growing coalition of progressive climate activists now realizes that UN summits are meaningless to the climate and CO2 levels. Morano rebuttal to Biden & Climate activists claims:
Claim: “Build Back Better Act Includes $555 Billion Toward Climate Action”
Morano response: In reality, Biden’s climate plan should be named “Build Bank Bankrupt.” Biden is literally bankrupting the U.S. in a vain effort to stop bad weather.
Claim: Biden’s budget bill will “set the United States on course to meet its climate goals”.
Morano response: Climate goals? Under President Trump, the U.S. led the world in reducing CO2 emissions while at the same time being energy independent and dominant for the first time since Harry Truman was president in 1952. Claim: “The weather is not going to get better, it’s going to get a heck of a lot worse,” Biden said.
Morano response: The weather is actually better now than in past eras when carbon dioxide was lower than today’s levels. On climate timescales, hurricanes, floods, droughts, tornadoes and wildfires are actually showing no trend or DECLINING trend on 50 to 100 year timescales when CO2 was much lower than today.
Biden claim: “[The climate] a blinking code red for America and the world.”
Morano response: Biden is repeating what the UN Secretary-General Antonio Gutierrez, the former president of Socialist International said of the UN IPCC report. There is no “code red” or “climate emergency”. Claim: Biden plan pledges ‘largest effort to combat climate change in US history’
Morano response: No matter how much the U.S. government spends, the climate will not change or notice, but Americans will be much poorer. John Kerry has admitted that even if the U.S. were to zero out all CO2 emissions, the world not notice. Claim: Biden said the bill will represent “the most significant investment to address the climate crisis ever” and “will truly transform this nation”.
Morano response: This is now akin to medieval witchcraft. Spending money does not change the climate. But Biden is correct that bankrupting the U.S. and saddline us with climate regs “will truly transform this nation.”
Biden claim: Spending will help double the number of electric cars on US roads within three years and provide 500,000 new charging stations for the vehicles.
Morano response: Mandating the end of gas-powered cars while subsidizing electric cars is pure folly. China will benefit as the U.S. becomes even more dependent on Chinese rare earth mining courtesy of slaves in China. Also, if electric cars are so great, why is the Federal government have to fund all the charging stations? See: Dem Sen.
