“Through November 14, 2017: Northern Hemisphere has had 60 names storms, 31 hurricanes/typhoons & 14 Cat. 3+ hurricanes/typhoons. 1081-2010 average is 56 names storms, 31 hurricanes/typhoons & 14 Cat.3+ hurricanes/typhoons to date. Atlantica has been super-active, rest of Northern Hemisphere below normal.”
