The science was not settled in 2009; and, fortunately, the weight of evidence has since shifted importantly toward climate skeptics. Nine years ago, President Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency issued an “Endangerment Finding,” claiming man-made global warming posed an imminent threat to Americans.
