It’s hard to even see anyone getting exciting about this, except perhaps for Associated Press reporter Seth Borenstein.
UN authors are talking about global warming increasing rape, increasing vehicle thefts, increasing in murder, we have studies warning of increasing airline turbulence due to global warming. A UN scientist came out this week and is worrying about human extinction -- which to me -- that is what they would want. You have Paul Ehrlich and John Holdren -- they are worried about too many people. You would think they would be looking forward to human extinction.
Multiple studies predicting the opposite result in the peer review literature. We have studies predicting more snow, less snow, more drought, less drought. So no matter the outcome, they can point to a study and say ‘we predicted it.’ This is called unfalsifiable science.’
