'Climate Mom' Marcy DeMocker is part of Bill McKibben's 350.org: 'A Tunisian man set himself on fire in 2010 and sparked an international movement. Don’t tell my family, but I’ve considered that route. I mean, wouldn’t any parent sacrifice a kidney, lung or life for her child? Imagine the headline: “Soccer mom desperate to save children’s future self-immolates.” But I can neither tolerate pain nor willingly traumatize children, so I ditched that idea.'
