'The forces behind bad weather are poorly understood, & unless you understand them, you certainly can't even begin to consider controlling them...Atmospheric models are largely useless more than 72 hours in future...In 1886, the US was hit by 7 hurricanes, including two major hurricanes. CO2 was below 300 PPM at the time. Anyone who says reducing CO2 will prevent hurricanes is an absolute raging moron (Bloomberg, Cuomo, Figueres, etc.)'
