'Europe's Envisat satellite measured a drop in sea level of almost 20 mm since beginning of 2010, and is now lower than at the start of their record 8 years ago. If Greenland had record melt and Earth was hottest it has ever been, why did sea level decline dramatically back to pre-2004 levels?
