The idea for revolutionaries is to make it so bad that they seek to collapse the current system and then instill emergencies which gives them more power, which then allows them to implement their policies.

All of this is designed to put America on its knees so that government can save us and we'll be more reliant on government. That is, in a nutshell, what the climate agenda is about.
